Who Are We?
Shifting Gears is not a club; instead we are a group of WOMEN MOTORCYCLISTS that ride together, sharing the passion of motorcycling. In our daily roles, some of us are mothers, wives, homemakers, jailers, office assistants, professionals etc. "Shifting Gears" is all about shifting from those roles into the adventure & freedom of motorcyling. We don't like alot of rules. We don't like politics. We simply gather together & ride! The road is calling our name! Shift Gears Ladies! Get Your Motor Running & Get Out On The Highway! Join Us For Adventure! Membership Is FREE.
Shifting Gears normally meets two times before the summer riding season arrives to plan our trips.
Our rides are posted to the right & we send reminders to members via email. If you are running late (past 5:15) then you need to call Cheri or Rachel to notify us you intend on coming, otherwise we leave at 5:15 sharp. Your male/female passengers are welcome on any rides. Husbands or significant others are welcome to join us for the out of town trips on the weekends that we ride.
